Refund Policy

No Refund & Deposit Policy

All tattoo services at Monsters Den Tattoo Shop are custom, permanent body art. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on tattoos, services, deposits, booking fees, or completed work.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final tattoo price and compensate the artist for reserved time, design preparation, and lost booking opportunities.

Deposits may be transferred one time only if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

No-call/no-show, late arrival, cancellation, or repeated rescheduling may result in your deposit being forfeited.

Client Approval

Before tattooing begins, you will approve the design, size, spelling, and placement. Once approved and the tattoo process begins, you accept full responsibility for the final tattoo.

Touch-Ups

Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion. Touch-ups do not apply to improper aftercare, normal healing differences, sun exposure, picking, scratching, or changes caused by the client’s skin or lifestyle.

Legal Notice

Refunds may only be considered if Monsters Den Tattoo Shop fails to provide the agreed service or where required by California law.

By booking an appointment, leaving a deposit, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
